Overview
Divine Studio ("we," "us," or "our") developed Gate Runner: Power Evolution, a mobile game available on Google Play. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. By playing the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Information We Collect
The App itself does not require you to create an account, and does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal contact information to play.
The following information is collected or generated while you play:
- Gameplay data — your in-game progress, rank, coins, diamonds, unlocked powers, and the display name you choose inside the App. This is stored locally on your device (see "Data Storage & Retention" below) and is not sent to us directly.
- Advertising identifiers — when you watch a rewarded or interstitial ad, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect your device's advertising ID and other technical information to serve and measure ads. See "Third-Party Services" below.
- Device and diagnostic information — basic technical information (such as device model, operating system version, and crash reports) may be collected automatically to help us keep the App working correctly.
How We Use Information
- To operate and maintain core gameplay (saving your progress on your own device).
- To display advertisements, including rewarded ads that grant in-game bonuses.
- To diagnose and fix technical problems.
- To comply with legal obligations, if applicable.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob to display rewarded and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data — including your advertising identifier, IP address, and app usage information — to serve ads and measure their performance. This data collection is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours.
Data Storage & Retention
Your gameplay progress (rank, currency, unlocked powers, chosen display name) is stored locally on your own device using standard Android app storage. We do not operate a server that stores your gameplay data, and we cannot access it directly. Uninstalling the App removes this locally stored data.
Data collected by AdMob for advertising purposes is retained and processed according to Google's own retention policies, which we do not control.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.
Your Choices
You can control ad personalization at the device level:
- On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads to opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising ID.
- You can uninstall the App at any time, which removes all locally stored gameplay data from your device.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective date" at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
